Important to you who are going to fill in the inquiry!

1. The questions shall be answered via the computer and Internet. Each employee will get a password and a Internet-address where the inquiry can be filled in. It is important that you fill in the correct workplace and your e-mail address, otherwise we can't find you to give back your result.
   You are guaranteed complete anonymity, nobody in the company but you knows which answers you give in the inquiry. We trust that you give us the correct data.
   
   
2. Now it is time to fill in the inquiry. You have three weeks to answer the questions, take your time and try to answer the questions as accurate as possible. Sometimes a little bit of detective-work is needed - seek for the answers in your calendar or perhaps your archive! If you have any problems with answering the questions, you're welcome to take contact with your environment coordinator.
   The answering of the questions can be done on more than one occasion until the person who answers the questions is ready, i.e. you can open your inquiry as many times as you think you need.
   
   
3. When 3 weeks have gone, all inquiries shall be finished and by that sent via Internet. The answers are being processed against the database and each employee gets back partly a Eco-Workplace analysis with his or her impact and partly a tableau where the five different areas are compared, which gives an opportunity to mark out the most important areas to improve in. In the same way, every office gets a profile.
   
   
4. The most important remain - evaluation and discussion about possible ways for me as an individual and for us as a collective in the office or the company. Save your profile - perhaps you will fill in the inquiry again after 1-2 years, to see what changes have been made.
